Shimmer was the ray of light,
Which grew fonder and bright.
Shimmer was the strength that I knew,
It gave me warmth and was so pure.
Shimmer was the name that healed the pain,
It did bring me sunshine and now the rain.
Shimmer made me grow stronger,
Was always so calm and ponder.
Shimmer was my strength,
But left me in pain.....
